Conquest Advisors negotiated the clothing store Blue&Cream a office space at 648 Broadway. Blue&Cream is a Hampton's based multi-label Mens&Womens retail clothing store. Since opening it's first retail door in Spring 2004,B&C has a devoted customer base garnered massive media attention for it's unique product mix,shopping experience,and celebrity clientele. The office will be used as a head quarters for buyers,celebrity photo shoots and a back office.
