Conquests client needed to liquidate some of their assets to meet some cash flow requirements. Mr. Glazer advised on the sale and marketing of the clients condo unit at 200 Chambers Street in TriBeCa. With a completely stagnant market, Mr. Glazer achieved a sale price from a foreign purchaser at nearly 1300 dollars per foot. This transaction represented only one of two transactions that had traded in 2009 out of 258 Condo Units in the building.
Jaf Glazer Conquests Advisors sells unit in stagnant market for client of 200 Chambers St. with 1260 square feet. The deal was valued $1.55 Million dollars making it real good deal. Mr. Glazer's sale represented one of only two deals that traded in this building during the 2009 calendar year.
