Conquest Advisors negotiated a lease for a 3500 square foot space at 199 Lafayette in SOHO for Bill Gerrity ; his new start up company, Gerrity International, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company opening a new division in New York for an online math-tutoring service. Bill Gerrity is responsible for the strategic vision and investment decisions of the Gerrity Group. Bill has over 25 years of experience in the development, acquisition, management and disposition of real estate throughout the western United States and Asia. His investment and management career spans several recessions in the United States and an aggressive expansion in the emerging markets of China and India. He has worked in partnership with Morgan Stanley, Principal Financial Group and the Washington State Investment Board. His early real estate activity involved the design, development and management of office, industrial, residential, retail and hotel properties. In 1994, he formed a partnership with the second real estate private equity fund formed by Morgan Stanley to make opportunistic investments in the shopping center sector.
