JAF GLAZER

Mr. Glazer, an Associate Broker, directs Conquest so his high profile clients could be serviced best by utilizing a team-work approach. Conquest Advisors successfully advises many high profile clients and hedge funds, on real estate acquisitions and sales in both local and emerging markets.

Mr. Glazer leveraged a notable career in the complex world of emerging technologies to excel in the real estate industry. Working in various "James Bond" venture-backed technologies such as fingerprint and facial surveillance, DNA tracking, and military accelerometers he spearheaded both business and product development.

Mr. Glazer’s ability to understand both the complexities of technology and customer needs parallel his ability to find, analyze and market real estate for his clients.

Assisting his family throughout the years by analyzing and executing developments around the country he now focuses his team full-time on five major areas: investments, sales, rentals, commercial, and hospitality. Working in the past at large firms he realized there were many needs not being met by traditional real estate firms. As a result Mr. Glazer expanded his groups services and capitalized on his team infrustructure to raise equity for developers from hedge funds and institutions. He also runs an active real estate development company with buildings in New York City and Arizona.

Born and raised in NYC, Mr. Glazer has lived in Spain, London, Germany, Hong Kong and enjoys traveling & boating in his free time. Mr. Glazer is fluent in both in Spanish and English and is a member of REBNY.
