Mr. Elkiner successfully advises Conquest clients on thier retail acquisitions, location selections, or divestitures. He previously worked for the world renown luxury retailer Harry Winston.
Mr. Elkiner was in charge of developing 10 salons from the concept phase till the opening of the actual salons. He first assisted the head of the department and then managed the projects In US, Europe and Asia.
The budgets varied from $2 million to $7 million. In this position, He was managing architects, general contractors and other vendors which were not under the General Contractor's umbrella.
Mr. Elkiner was promoted again and became the youngest manager to be promoted twice at Harry Winston. Managing 10 salons in US, Europe and Asia.
During this time he reported to the VP Retail and grew the business 50%.
After he developed sale strategy per stores, he focused on client relationship and new client development as well as optimizing the product selection per store.
