Leon Ye

Coming from hospitality accounting background, Leon Ye has extended experience in financial operations of five-star hotel, restaurants, clubs and other business startup endeavors. His strong analytical abilities have seen positive effects and secured financing from lenders. He has joined our team as a real estate analyst, building up on his solid skills in financial statements and cashflow analysis.

His connection with hospitality private equity groups and his penchant in real estate research, cap rate analysis, commercial leases, and Argus software utility provide a unique complement to our firm’s development.

Leon Ye is seeking to obtain his second Masters in Real Estate. He currently holds a Master’s degree of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science from China’s prestigious Jiao Tong University, alma mater of former Chinese President JIANG Zemin.
