Mr. Serezhin, formerly from Citigroup Private Wealth Management has joined the Conquest team to expand the financing and advisory business. He works primarily with high net worth individuals, family offices and sovereign funds to develop their real estate portfolio component.
Prior to his position at Citigroup Mr. Serezhin was working as a distressed equities analyst at hedge fund AM Capital, LLC.
Mr. Serezhin's analytical abilities enable him to assist wealth managers in allocating a portion of real estate to the overall portfolio and aid in determining the best distribution across all asset classes.
During his career he has developed an approach that optimizes an investor's return by incorporating the real estate component into the asset portfolio.
