Formerly handling logistics for shows and events with high profile clients including MTV, Bad Boy Entertainment, VH1, NBC, CBS, Clear Channel Entertainment, Live Nation, Mr. Straka capitalizes on his network to say the least. Growing up in Cleveland, Ohio and graduating from Case Western University's College of Engineering Mr. Straka always had a passion for real estate. After taking his first investment property and flipping it for a substantial profit, he has been involved ever since. Mr. Straka came to Conquest Advisors where he specializes in sourcing investment and development opportunities for his clients. While managing a strong team, they aggressively canvass the city to hunt for the best real estate deals. He also works with many of his high-profile clientele finding them luxury sales, rental, and commercial properties all over Manhattan with a focus on downtown lofts, new development, and unique retail spaces.
